Directions
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules of 3-Ad in the morning and another two caps eight hours later in the afternoon – evening. To maximize results, consume your first serving during your second meal of the day 15 – 20 g of fat, and the second serving eight hours later, again with 15 – 20 g of fat to fully maximize absorption. On workout days, take two capsules of 2-Ad sixty minutes prior to working out with a high fat meal. Do not exceed six capsules per day.
